Okay, so I play for a U15 division 2 soccer team and i love it. I already start but I really want to be the best. I play stopper and center midfeild and I already am kind of fast, but I want to be very fast. I want to be abel to beat almost anybody. I want to know how to change my dietary habits to accomplish this. Will eating a lot of fruits and vegetables help? I want to be supersuper fast. If that means giving up junk food ill do it. A schedual will help, if you guys have healthy breakfast and lunch ideas i would be thankful.
