Im in a bit of bureaucratic mess...please help.................?

Ok so im irish and i was going out with a brazilian national for a year and i got pregnant...before i found out i was pregnant my boyfriend went back to brazil because his father was sick. He had been in ireland for 2 years before he left but he was illegaly in ireland. he overstayed his welcome...so when i found out i was pregnant i rang and told him....he said he would b back to ireland in two weeks. He flew into belfast thinking he would be able to entre because belfast is part of the u.k. They refused him and sent him back to paris. he was in paris for one month stayin in hotels ..... i went over to paris on the boat 5 monhs pregnant and brought him back to ireland on the boat as soon as we got of the boat he was immediatley refused. I begged and pleaded they let him in so they faxed his details on the the head of immigration in ireland but was refused. He then went back to france on the boat and got the train to spain and lived with his cousin until the baby was born.When the baby was born i flew to spain with the bay and we lived in a small apartament with his cousin for month...we booked our ticket to go and live in brazil...as of now i am still in brazl but really want to go back to ireland ! Brazil doesnt suit me :(.....my child has a brazilain birth cert and an irish birth cert. I am lookin for advice since my child is now born and he has dual citizenship should the father be able to enter the country now? ( also while he was in spain i spent thousands on immagration solicitorsbut none could get him in :().....please please any sugestions of how t get him in ?? thnks you in advnce i am desperate...
