Is now the time to quickly arm Japan to counter North Korea?

Obama is not going to do anything, mainly because he does not know what to do. He could pose economical pressure and stop them dead. He is to timid to do anything that will lose face with a declared mortal enemy. He and Bush have no problem dissing our friends.
