How much do you think it will cost?

my steering wheel got locked. and then we tried puttin the key in the hole and turning it but it was stuck and wouldnt move. then when we tried to turn the key it broke off and half of it got stuck in the ignition. so now i gotta call a lock smith or somone to fix it. how much u think it will cost? or do you think thers a way i could get it out by myself??
