What should I do???

I have 2 tickets to the melbourne 23rd feb concert backstreet boys. My tickets are A reserve - ROW C - because I bought them in the first 3 minutes of sale. 3 seats from the stage. I cant go cos I have a wedding which is important. I am selling these item on ebay as auction for $200 (same price I paid) but someone is offering me $400 for them now. Do you think I should take my chances and auction them or sell them to this buyer? Concert is in 16 days and its a 7 day listing?? Sell or auction - whats your experience wit this? SELL or auction and get possibly more?
