An Author stole my book title, can I still get it published?

Ever since I was 8 (I'm 14 now) I have had a book called Spells that is quite important to me. I've written dozens of drafts, and now I am seriously writing it only to find that Aprilynne pike published a novel of the same name. My question is, can I still use my title?
