A person on one side of a river is in a rowboat 1 mile from the nearest point of a straight riverbank. He wishes to reach a party 5 miles further down the riverbank. If the person can row at a rate of 2 mph and walk at a rate of 3 mph, find the least amount of time required to reach the party. (must use optimization)
