How can i hurry things along with my elderly cash cow of a husband?

Straight shooting chic here. I am 38. I married a 70 year old millionaire. You all know why. I honestly thought he would be dead by now. He smokes, drinks etc. He tells me he loves me every day, and i am the primary beneficiary in his will. When i tell him i love him too, i throw up in my mouth a little. I have a b/f and he is getting frustrated too. He suggested that a broken heart might help nature take his course. That i leave him. But then, can he change his will at this point. I really just want the money and to move on with my life. I do not want to do anything illegal.
