How to start a wrestling federation in a country with barely any wrestling fans?

Hi, I'm finn and im 13 years old and in a few years i wanna start a pro wrestling federation. I live in New Zealand and know little to no other people that like wrestling. Is there any way I could get my promotion big and popular and get a decent fanbase??? Plz Help
