I used nCleaner to scan for unneccisary files... it deleted some important files... PLEASE HELP?

I ran nCleaner today, it is a trusted program and i scanned for unnecceary files to delete. it said that i should make sure that the files were unimportant be deleting them but there were over 1000 files on the list and i just said wat the hell and deleted them. But now FireFox and Wolfinstine will not run, Photo shop CS2 is continuesly crashing, Maya cant save any files, and FL Studio will not allow me to even open the program!!! please help... i have tryed system restore, and reinstalling the programs... no results. has this happened to any one befor? tx in advance and i hope yall can help!
