Need help with a 5 month old?

She probably won't do very well if try to switch her to the now, it's been too long. You should go up a size in though so she will get more. You never want them to have to suck really hard it is bad for there jaws and it causes ear infections! So try going up a size in so the holes are bigger. If your daughter likes to suck try to get her to take a pacifier, if you let her suck her hand then when she gets bigger it's harder to break since you can't exactly just take her hand away, but a pacifier you can take away so it's a lil bit easier to break them! OH and try a latex pacifier, babies who like to suck their hands and fingers like latex better b/c it feels more like their skin then silicone. That's how I finally got my son to take a pacifier, he refused the silicone's but the first latex one I gave him he immediatley took!
