local california f.b.i offices(long beach, wilshire) fail to arrest corrupt l.a.p.d harbor division detectives in one of the largest rico cases in history. both offices admit that the search and arrest warrants are forgeries(over one dozen have been uncovered and not one l.a.p.d officer incarcerated; how strange. federal agent louis caprino ad-mitts that he not only knows that the doents are forgeries, but will not arrest the guilty officers and yet a great many (corrupt) involved live multimillion dollar lifestyles. the f.b.i has an obligation but failed as did special agent marino; close friend of louis caprino. evidence was brought to the f.b.i and instead we were treated like the criminals, forced into a room without windows and several agents bullied us and yelled at us and the were armed. keep in mind that we are plaintiffs in a very serious civil lawsuit against the city of los angeles. los angeles city attorney richard arias and don vincent stated that there is a special relationship with the feds; that their not worried". appears that the feds under louis caprino(who acts like hes in the mafia-bad movie) are in collusion with the city of los angeles to conceal their criminal enterprise. falls under rico and they should be prosecuted as such. we are the innocent victims and yet the reason for the ongoing abuse---EVIDENCE---- ten years worth. more to the expression"whats in your wallet" f.b.i man?????
