Red light citation from camera? In Mesa, Arizona?

If it occurred exactly as you stated, you won't see the citation. There is a sensor at the curb line on the approach side of the intersection (just past the crosswalk). If you cross that sensor on the yellow, no picture. If you cross that sensor on the red, smile, you're on candid camera! If you were 3/4 of the way through the intersection, your van isn't long enough to trigger the camera from the far side of the intersection. You'll get to see the picture if you are cited.
