Why has my Kingston U3 data traveller stopped working?

I used to use it on a PC, and then used it to transfer something to a Mac. I ejected both drives that showed up in Finder, and now it doesn't work on anything. It doesn't even appear in MyComputer, or in Finder on the Mac, and the light doesn't even flash when it is plugged in!
