Xbox 360 disk drive not spinning disks! PLEASE HELP?

Ok i was innocently playing cod 4 on my xbox a few days back, when it suddenly stopped making any noise in the middle of the game.. after the game it was loading and said disk unreadable. I then thought that the disk drive was buggered as it can't read ANY disks anymore. So yesterday i opened up my Xbox (YES IM OUT OF WARRANTY) just to find that when i put in a disk it does not spin therefore cannot read disks. This problem just happened naturally so maybe there is a fix? please help and thank you for trying :)
