Birthmark on palm of hand?

i have small birthmark on the palm of my hand but i just noticed it a few months ago. I dont think i was born with it. since the time i noticed it it has changed shape. It used to be the shape of a diamond now it has gotten a little bigger. Is it anything i should be worried about?
