Dementia trouble ?what do i do ,im lost for words ,thats not my mum ,help plz?

she doesnt even know what planet shes on,i just want to cry?do u think she needs 24 hour care now, i hav got to do everything for her ,wash her ,clean house, ask my sister to giv her shower wen im away to turkey for week shes saids no, just wanted to slap my sister ?i even book my mum in for rest bite for first two weeks in july ?
