Do you think Destiny is therefore a Chemical Reaction?

If we believe in Destiny, which I do, then it makes sense that everything in life is calculated by the higher power. And everything is made up of energy, even physicist will agree on that. Since we are all given with a individual personalities, it makes sense that when one personality meets another one, a chemical reaction occurs. Right? So with everything from the begining of mankind isn't it possible that higher power calculated all the chemical reactions to take place and therefore we are here today?
