How do i approach the guy and how do i do it?

there is this guy that goes to my technical high school that i see in the morning and he likes me. i don't him at and my friend pam has caught him starin at me when we walk down the hallway. He is always wit his friends so i can't really just approac while his friends around him. what should i say?
